Part 1
WHAT IS MIXED VOICE?
In part one, we will cover the basics of the mixed voice by learning what it is, when to use it, and how it relates to the other parts of the voice. We will also take an extensive look in how to identify mixed voice with ear training so you are able to hear the difference in voices allowing you to understand its proper use.
part 2
strength training
Part two is all about Strength Training. We will discuss and perform three exercises that focus on the activation and consistency of your mixed voice allowing it to become second nature for you to find and use.
part 3
the when and how
The Final part of this course takes an in depth look at a live performance video and analyzes specific examples of the information from parts 1 and 2. In addition, we will discuss the concept of “ratios” as it relates to your mix voice and how to apply it to your practice and performance.
part 4
audio exercises
The final part of this course gives you some of those extra tools you can pull out when you need a little reminder. Two full length audio exercises with mix principles are included for you to use in your practice at home.
